Assistance

If you have a disability, impairment or require assistance during your trip, you need to notify the airport or populAir's Call Center in advance. Airport staff will assist you through security and onto the aircraft, where you will be attended to by flight attendants.

Wheelchair or walker

Wheelchairs or walkers are of course checked in at no extra cost and are not included in the maximum baggage weight. The maximum dimensions for wheelchairs are 80 x 50 x 70 cm and the maximum weight is 50 kg. Special rules apply to electric wheelchairs. Please contact populAir's Call Center directly so that they can assess whether your assistive device is suitable for carrying on board or not.
