All populAir flights will depart from Terminal 3 at Arlanda.
Terminal 3 is a fast and convenient terminal for arrivals and departures by plane with short distances to taxis, buses, trains and pick-up points outside Terminals 2 and 4. Terminal 3 has recently undergone a refresh and several workstations have been added to use. The terminal also has a small restaurant/café and vending machines if you want something to eat or drink.
• Check-in takes place at counters 58–60 (T2B) right next to the ramp to Terminal 3.
• Arriving baggage is collected at Terminal 3 if you have Arlanda as your final destination or do not have a through ticket and are going onward.
• Transfer buses are available between Terminal 2 and Terminal 5, read below what applies.
Please note that you must always pass through new security when changing to/from Terminal 3!
If you arrive at Terminal 3 and are going to Terminal 5, you have three options.
- Either you go to Terminal 5 yourself and go through security. or
- If you and any luggage are already checked in, that is close by Terminal 3
- You can also go to Terminal 2, go through security and take the shuttle bus from Gate 61C. You can call for a pick-up via the bell located at the gate. The bus will arrive within 20 minutes.
If you arrive at Terminal 5 and are going to Terminal 3, there are two options:
- Claim your luggage at Terminal 5, pass through customs and go to Terminal 3.
- If you do not need to collect any luggage, you can take the shuttle bus from T11 at the connecting walkway between Gate Area C and the other terminals in Terminal 5. or Gate F5 in Terminal 5 to Terminal 2. Call for pickup via the bell located at the gate. The bus will arrive within 20 minutes. Exit through customs at Terminal 2 and then enter through security at Terminal 3.
Trains
It is free to use Arlanda Express between Terminal 2/3 and Terminal 5. The train journey between the stations takes about 1–2 minutes.
